ギャラリーサイト開設にあたり

きっかけは、今年2020年の3月に行われる、スロバキアのプラスチラバにある国立歌劇場におけるJapan Weekに参加することになったため、日本のいけばなを紹介するために、作品の写真を少し持って行こうと思い甥に相談したのが始まりです。行事は新型コロナウイルスのため中止になりましたが、結局作品のギャラリーサイトとブログを作ってくれることになりました。

こんなことならもう少し考えて写真を撮っておくべきでしたが、うまく背景を処理してくれて、下手な作品も何とか見れるものになりました。このギャラリーの作品は、教室でお稽古をした花材、または道路際の野生の草花を、自宅で活けたものです。

こうして並べてみると、うれしさも、恥ずかしさも、反省も、もっと精進もと様々な思いがあります。草月のいけばなはとても楽しく、奥深く、勉強することが沢山あり、少しづつですが、進歩していければと願っております。

I studied Sogetsu Ikebana mostly in Malaysia till 2015. I am happy to meet good friends through Ikebana in Malaysia. Now I am learning it under Mr. Ken Katayama who is one of the master instructors of Sogetsu Headquaters. It is a lucky thing to be able to study in such high level circumstances. Sogetsu Ikebana is really interesting and enjoyable and It's profundity has been charming people over the world.

These arrangements were made at my home after bringing back the materials which were used at the classes and sometimes the natural materials taken along side the roads near my house were also used.
